Payment Terms
All invoices are due on or before the date of service, unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.
Grace Period
A maximum grace period of two (2) calendar days will be allowed after the invoice due date.
Payments not received within this period will be considered delinquent.
Late Fees
A late fee of $25.00 will be applied immediately to any overdue account after the grace period.
An additional $10.00 per day will accrue on the outstanding balance until full payment is received.
Service Suspension
Accounts with balances past due by seven (7) days will result in immediate suspension of transportation services.
Services will not resume until all outstanding balances, including late fees, are paid in full.
Collections & Legal Action
Any account past due by 30 days or more will be referred to a collections agency or subject to legal proceedings.
All collection costs, legal fees, and associated expenses incurred by Five Starz Transport will be the responsibility of the client.
Returned or Failed Payments
Any declined card, or failed electronic payment will incur a $20.00 penalty fee, in addition to late fees and outstanding balances.
Scheduled Pickup Times
Customers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
Drivers will wait a maximum of five (5) minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time.
Late Arrival by Customer
If the customer is not present within the 5-minute grace period, the driver may depart, and the ride will be considered a missed trip.
Missed trips are non-refundable and may be subject to a $10 no-show fee.
Drop-Off Delays
Customers are expected to be ready for scheduled return/drop-off times.
If the driver must wait longer than 5 minutes, a $1 per minute waiting fee will apply.
Service Disruption
Repeated lateness may result in suspension of service or refusal of future bookings.
Communication
If unavoidable delays occur, customers must notify Five Starz Transport at least 15 minutes prior to pickup time. Accommodation is not guaranteed but will be considered based on driver availability.
Commitment to Punctuality
Our drivers make every effort to arrive on time for all scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Communication
If a driver is running late, customers will be notified promptly by phone call or text message.
Customers will be provided with an updated estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Accountability
Any delay exceeding 10 minutes will be documented and reviewed by management to prevent recurrence.
Service Commitment
In cases of significant delay, Five Starz Transport will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate customer understanding in circumstances beyond our control.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance are strictly non-refundable.
Failure to Appear (No-Show Policy)
Customers who fail to appear at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time, without prior cancellation in accordance with Section 1, shall forfeit the full fare. No refunds will be issued.
Service Cancellations by Five Starz Transport
In the event that Five Starz Transport cancels a scheduled ride due to vehicle malfunction, scheduling conflict, or other operational issues, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or may elect to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
Delays Outside of Company Control
Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, inclement weather, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Five Starz Transport.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds shall be processed back to the original method of payment within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Five Starz Transport shall not be held liable for any additional time taken by financial institutions to credit funds back to the customer’s account.
Finality of Policy
These terms are strict and non-negotiable. By scheduling transportation services with Five Starz Transport, customers acknowledge and accept the conditions of this Refund Policy in full.
By booking or utilizing the services of Five Starz Transport, all customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these Policies Manual in its entirety.
